3 things:

1. Request your comments on my minutes - did i send you guys the minutes/memo too late after each meeting?? are they readable?? what do u want to read in the minutes? (I mean, everything in the meeting or just major points??)

2. Perhaps next time I'll first issue sort of reminders of the urgent preparations if I cannot send you the minutes right after the meeting. Is it ok for you guys??
